Wag & Wander ("Wag & Wander," "we," "us," or "our") provides boutique dog walking, pet sitting, and pet transportation ("shuttle") services in Rowlett, Texas and the surrounding area, offered through our mobile application and related booking services (collectively, the "App"). To provide walking, sitting, and shuttle services, we collect location information, including:
Your home or pickup/drop-off address, used to confirm service areas and routes
Real-time GPS location of your pet's walker or driver during an active walk, visit, or shuttle trip, so you can follow along and we can confirm service completion
We use a third-party mapping and location service provider to power route tracking, maps, and navigation within the App.
Communications and Support
If you contact us for support, leave a review, or communicate with your walker/sitter through the App, we collect the content of those messages to respond to you and improve our services.
Automatically Collected Information
Like most apps, we may automatically collect certain technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, and crash/error data, to keep the App running reliably and securely.

Create and manage your account and your pet's profile
Schedule, dispatch, and provide dog walking, pet sitting, shuttle services, and overnight services.

With your assigned walker, sitter, or driver - including your pet's profile, address, and any care notes needed to safely provide the service.
With service providers who help us operate the App, including our payment processor and our mapping/location service provider, who process data on our behalf.
To comply with applicable law, legal process, or to protect the safety of a person or pet
In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to standard confidentiality protections.
4. Data Retention
We retain account, pet profile, and service history information for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal, tax, and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 6 below).

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App relies on third-party service providers, including a payment processor and a mapping/location service provider, to operate core features.
